1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CleanerPro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CleanerPro is a photo management and storage optimization app that helps users:

• Identify and remove duplicate and similar photos
• Detect and clean blurry or low-quality images
• Organize and manage screenshots and downloads
• Analyze and optimize video storage usage
• Free up device storage space efficiently

3. License and Usage Rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CleanerPro for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control, subject to these terms.

4. Photo Access and Permissions

CleanerPro requires access to your photo library to function. By granting this permission, you acknowledge that:

• CleanerPro will analyze photos to detect duplicates and similarities
• All processing happens locally on your device
• No photos will be transmitted to external servers
• You can revoke photo access at any time in iOS Settings
• CleanerPro will only delete photos when you explicitly choose to do so

5. Premium Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

CleanerPro offers premium subscriptions and in-app purchases:

• Free Version: Limited functionality with advertisements
• Premium Subscriptions: Available in weekly, monthly, and yearly options
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Management: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• Refunds: No refunds for unused portions of subscription terms, except as required by law

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of CleanerPro, you are responsible for:

• Backing up important photos before using cleaning features
• Carefully reviewing photos before deletion
• Understanding that deleted photos may be permanently lost after 30 days
• Ensuring your device has adequate storage and battery for analysis
• Using the app in accordance with these terms

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes or activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Interfere with the App's functionality or security features
• Use the App to process photos that violate third-party rights
• Redistribute or resell the App without authorization
• Use automated systems to interact with the App

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of CleanerPro is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• All photo processing happens locally on your device
• No photos or visual content are transmitted to our servers
• Only anonymized usage analytics are collected
• You maintain full control over your photo data

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

CleanerPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We specifically disclaim:

• Guarantees of 100% accuracy in duplicate detection
• Responsibility for accidental photo deletion
• Warranties that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Liability for data loss due to user error or device malfunction

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use CleanerPro
• Accidental deletion of photos or data
• Device performance issues during analysis
• Third-party service interruptions
• Any other cause related to your use of the App

11. Intellectual Property

CleanerPro and all related technology, including our proprietary photo analysis algorithms, are protected by intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the App beyond the license granted in these terms.

12. Updates and Modifications

We may update CleanerPro and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through:

• In-app notifications
• Updates to this Terms page
• App Store update descriptions

13. Termination

You may stop using CleanerPro at any time by deleting the App from your device. We may terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App ends immediately
• Local app data will be removed when you delete the App
• Active subscriptions will continue until their expiration

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, where the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the European Union, local consumer protection laws may also apply.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
