By downloading, installing, or using WordWhiz ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers in-app purchases including hint packs, coin packs, and premium subscriptions:

• Premium subscriptions are available in weekly, monthly, and yearly options
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription term

4. User Content

The App may allow you to create and share content. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within the App.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App
• Share inappropriate or offensive content
• Violate any third-party rights

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at the link provided in the App.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
